Complimentary Express Shipping via UPS/FedEx within 5–7 business days. Shipping is offered with our compliments on every order, worldwide, and fully insured in transit. During peak production periods, delivery times may be extended; where this applies, our team will keep you informed.
Packaging
Every house is delivered in a bespoke wooden crate, built to protect your piece on its journey and to become part of its story. Doll families arrive in an organic rattan basket, presented within a premium gift box.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To begin, please contact us at info@littleforestanimals.com with your order number. Each request is first assessed by our team to confirm eligibility; once approved, we will confirm acceptance and share return instructions.
Condition of returned items
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original crate or gift packaging, complete with all protective materials, accessories and documentation. Pieces that show signs of use, are missing their original packaging, or are damaged due to insufficient protection in transit may not be accepted, or may be subject to a reduction in the refunded amount.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Made-to-order & personalised pieces
Custom, personalised and made-to-order items are created uniquely for you and are therefore final sale, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@littleforestanimals.com with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, at no cost to you.
