Delivery
All orders placed on www.littleforestanimals.com are delivered to you by contracted courier companies.
Orders are checked before being sent and are shipped the same day or the next day.
During delivery, if you think that there is any deformation in the package brought by the courier company or if you think that the products are damaged, open the package in front of the courier and check it before signing the delivery form. If there are no problems, you can sign the courier form and receive the products. If the products are damaged, make a report with the courier and return the package without accepting it. New products will be sent to you by us as soon as possible. Our company is not responsible for damaged products if they are accepted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Right of Return: You can return the products you purchased from www.littleforestanimals.com within 14 days from the delivery date. In order for the return or exchange of products to be accepted, they must comply with the return conditions.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- The package of the products must not be damaged, unused, and must retain its resaleable feature.

Refunds:
If the products you return comply with the return conditions, refunds are sent to the bank by our company within 14 days. While the reflection of the refunded amount to credit cards takes an average of 1-3 business days, this process may take longer for debit cards. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are refunded in the same manner, in installments.
