Returns & Exchanges

Every Little Forest Animals piece is made by hand and prepared for you with great care. Should you wish to return an item, we invite you to review the terms below.

Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To begin, please contact us at info@littleforestanimals.com with your order number. Each return request is first reviewed by our team to confirm eligibility; once approved, we will send you return instructions and confirm acceptance.

Condition of returned items

Your piece may be returned unconditionally within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned undamaged and in the same condition in which it reached you, complete with its original crate together with all protective materials, accessories and documentation. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Once your return has been received and inspected in this original, undamaged condition, your refund will be issued in full to the original method of payment.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a short processing period for the amount to appear on your statement.

Made-to-order & personalised pieces

Custom, personalised and made-to-order items are created uniquely for you and are therefore final sale, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, at no cost to you.
